H1B Visa Transfer before stamping from India

Hi,

I currently work for Employer A in India, who filed and obtained approval for my H1B visa in 2020. However, due to the lack of USA opportunities within my current organization, my employer has not allowed me to proceed with VISA stamping.

I have recently accepted a job offer from Employer B. I have submitted my resignation to Employer A, and I am now exploring the possibility of transferring my H1B visa from Employer A to Employer B.

I would like to inquire whether it is feasible to initiate an H1B visa transfer process from Employer A to Employer B. As I transition to a new opportunity with Employer B, it is crucial for me to ensure a smooth and legally compliant transfer of my H1B visa status.
