L1 while H1B 221 processing

Hello,

I had attended H1B interview in March 2023 in India and received 221g Administrative processing, returned passport and no documents requested.

Can I go with L1B VISA through my current organization ? Will there be any issues applying for L1B while H1B is in process ?

What happens to H1B if L1B gets approved.

Please help.
