485-EAD for Part-time job and H1B for Primary job

Is it possible to use valid H1B for primary job and 485-EAD for part-time job?

No. Once you use the EAD you are no longer on H1.

Hi Experts, 

I had checked with one of an immigration attorney and he mentioned that I can use H1B for my primary job and EAD for secondary.

Is that true as I did not find any documentation or rules on USCIS site.
