I Got laid off on H1b and planning to apply for H4 EAD from my Spouses H1B, If I find a job after 60 day grace period and the employer is willing to transfer my H1b, can I regain my H1b status back even after 60 day grace period and withdraw my H4 EAD while it is under processing?
