I have a status in USCIS tracker AS PREMIUM PROCESS CLOCK IS STOPED FOR MY CASE it's been since 21 days and there is no response received for the employer or attorney. Attorney_15 Posted July 12, 2023 Report Share Posted July 12, 2023 USCIS will stop the premium process clock when an RFE or NOID is issued. Once the reply is received the 15-day count is restarted by USCIS. Quote Link to comment
