Attorney_6 Posted August 4, 2023 Report Share Posted August 4, 2023 One of the requirements to qualify for the EB1C category is that the individual has worked for at least one full year, in a managerial capacity for the foreign related company, within the last 3 years, prior to entering the U.S. in a non-immigrant status.
