At the time of booking, i did not have my current petition number (receipt number), so i used the old number and completed my profile on the visa appointment site (CGI website). Now I have the current petition number. Is it required to update it on the visa appointment site (I am referring to CGI website, where we book the appointment and not DS160). I am aware I can create a fresh DS 160 and enter the current petition number but anxious to know if it is required to be updated on the profile page of the CGI website Quote Link to comment
