IGG Posted June 20, 2023 Report Share Posted June 20, 2023 I have been recently issued Medical RFE for my I-485 in March 2023. USCIS received RFE response in May 2023. My I-130 PD is April 2022. Due to visa retrogression, Current PD is SEP2020. What if the visa isn't get available and my medical expires? Do I need to submit again? Although, USCIS issued the RFE. Quote Link to comment
Attorney_17 Posted July 12, 2023 Report Share Posted July 12, 2023 Hello, Medical exams are valid for two years. This means that if the government processing times surpass two years after the most recent medical exam is completed, another medical exam is required. Quote Link to comment
