He has never travelled to the US on the approved H1B. His project does not have that requirement onsite any longer. He is now looking for opportunities in other companies and is open to transfer his existing H1b to other employers who have onsite projects for his skill sets Would he able to transfer his approved H1B to another employer without any US paystubs or W2 Quote Link to comment
