Biometric Appointment for Parents

Hi All

  I am applying greencard for my parents. They got the interview letter, and gave instruction to schedule a medical examination appoinment and biometrics appointment. When I try to create an account for my mother in ustraveldocs.com, it was already created and all the information are populated. On the section I tried to add family member for existing applicant for my father and it is not accepting his DS 260 confirmation number. I tried to create a new account for my father seperately and try to add his information but that also it is not accepting and throwing some page error. Could someone please provide the instructions to get the biometrics appointment in India for the parents.

It has been difficult for people to schedule, especially after they have changed their systems.  Sometimes its just logging on at different times of day.  You can only schedule the biometrics through ustraveldocs.  If you have issues, you should contact them through the call center.
