F1 OPT RFE - Transfer Student

Hello, I did a semester in one university and transferred to other university where I finished my master's. When I applied for OPT, USCIS has asked me for evidence of presence in classroom, course syllabus copies and description of course with classroom hours, etc and Transcripts and fee payments. My question is:

1. Do I have to send details from both the universities or just the transferred university?

They are cracking down on fake institutions, and on people who signed up with them.

What exactly should be sent to USCIS in reply to an RFE depends on what exactly is being requested. While often when someone has attended multiple universities in the US, USCIS asks for documentation from all. However, it actually depends on the specific ask in the RFE.
