kalyan kale Posted June 13, 2023 Report Posted June 13, 2023 I Have H1B from consultancy and stamped visa on march 2023, its in- house project, Traveled to USA on 5-may-2023,Due to family emergence back to India on 14-May-2023. My querys 1. Is there any issue(deported) ? at port of entry while come back to USA, 2. If the issue is there, which POE if preferred,Planning to book ticket to san francisco appreciate your inputs.
