Also I am filing a new I-485 under immediate family member category now. My EB2 based I-485 is pending and already have I-31 and 765 issued. Will I need to file new I-131 and 765 under family based or I can use the ones issued under employment category. Quote

An EAD and AP are generally not tied to a specific I-485 application, so you would likely not need to file new I-131 and I-765 applications. However, it advisable to speak with an experienced immigration attorney as each case is different. Quote
