My passport visa is when I was with my previous employer and is valid till 21-Oct-2023. I am planning to travel India June-2023 and return by 20-Jul-2023. My current employer H1b petition is approved and is valid till April 2026. Will I require H1b visa stamping hile returning to USA? Quote Link to comment
