vsan Posted June 2, 2023 Report Share Posted June 2, 2023 A question on the visa interview waiver as I am planning for India trip: I find that from travel.gov website, per the interview waiver eligibility expansion extended until December 2023, the age related condition of “most recent visa must be issued on or after 14th birthday” is not present. So, wondering this will make my dependent child whose age is above 14 now and previous H4 visa was before 14th birthday eligible for the interview waiver?
