Passport bio DOB and POB are different from birth certificate

Hi I have birth certificate with correct DOB and POB but my passport have different DOB and POB. Embassy here told us they would not be able to make any changes as passport is very old and after two renewals they do not renew it. So would appreciate if you guide anyone submitted their AOS application with correct details in their petition from Passport and successfully got their green card with ROW countries. The spouse is US citizen. Please advise.

In general, you have to disclose if you have ever used multiple birth dates and explain why the birth certificate and passport have different dates of birth and places of birth on the I-485 Application.  Typically a person has to get a corrected passport if the birth certificate contains the corrected information.  You should discuss your situation in more detail with an experienced immigration attorney.
