Passport with incorrect DOB and POB. POB from ROW countries.

Hi I have situation here with incorrect DOB and POB and my embassy is not correcting the DOB and POB as it has passed the certain period. I have my birth certificate and citizenship certificate with correct DOB and POB. Now I am married to US citizen. Can I proceed with filing of my green card ? What documents would I need to back my correct DOB and POB other than my parents declarations. Please advise.
