Rahul R Posted June 2, 2023 Report Posted June 2, 2023 Hi, need inputs on the scenario.. I'm working with Employer A in usa and got another H1 petition approved with Employer B. But I never joined employer B and continued employment with Employer A. Petition from employer A has more validity then Employer A. While I travel India and went through the stamping process and got my VISA approved. But problem here us the VISA has Employer B name and petition below the annotation section. My question is: do I need to get visa corrected or can I travel with the VISA I received with Employer B details in it. Quote
