TR L1 Posted June 1, 2023 Report Share Posted June 1, 2023 I'm on L1A. My GC application was filed last year May. I140 and I485 are still pending, but got the I131s and EADs for me and family. Can I switch my employer because I have the EAD? And do I still have to go for L1 renewal if I don't get GC within thee visa expiry? Quote Link to comment

However, you must make sure that you continue to have a valid job offer supporting your I-485 application. Every case is different.
