spidermonkey Posted May 31, 2023 Report Share Posted May 31, 2023 Before obtaining a green card, back in 2010, I was refused a work visa with a 221g when I went for stamping. However, I was able to obtain a sponsor and came back to US. Then after a year, changed employer and applied for Green card and it all went through. The citizenship form didn’t have any such questions to answer. I was not deported. Simply refused visa but with no time lag, was able to get a sponsor. Does this have an effect on my N400 application? Quote Link to comment
