H1B visa stamping got rejected but H4 visa stamping approved

Hi,

   My husband's H1 visa status is showing as refused. It is currently undergoing further processing and the date of final stamping, if approved is uncertain. However my H4 visa has been approved. My interview was conducted prior to my husband's. Will I be allowed to enter into the United Status ?
