She went to India to get her J1 visa for her residency. What does she need to show to make sure she can show home ties? I am on H1B and haven't applied for PERM. I also have real estate on my name in India will that help her to show home ties? What documents can she take to show home ties and make sure J1 doesn't get rejected based on lack of home country ties? Quote
