Hi All, 

i have an approved H1b for 2022 physical year quota. attended interview  and visa git rejected with 221g.

i have H4 stamping as my husband is already on H1B.

My Question is " Is it possible to transfer the rejected H1b to another employer to avoid the lottery participation again?

If, as a result of the 221(g) visa denial, the H1b petition is revoked by USCIS for fraud or misrepresentation, then you will need to go through the lottery process again.  The reason for the visa denial is critical.  Highly recommend that you consult with an experienced immigration attorney.
