DS 160 clarification

Dear All,

I would like to clarify below points for my dependents into DS-160 application.

Travel Information:

1.Application Receipt/Petition Number:

Do I need to fill Primary applicant receipt no and/or dependents receipt no?

2.Intended Date of Arrival:

What happened if I already mentioned the date which is different from primary applicant receipt no start date (i.e., I entered future date e.g., as per primary applicant receipt notice the start date is 10/02/2022 but I entered 01/14/2023 for dependents).
