Currently, my company is for-profit and I have my h1b visa through them( selected through a lottery system) but now my company is becoming a non-profit organization. So if my company files a new petition into non-profit h1b will be able to switch back to other Profit companies in the future? Also, my current company initiated my green card processing does it have any impact on my process as it's becoming a non-profit organization? Please provide me with your suggestion.
