H1B Transfer from Profit to Non-profit organization

Hi, I have two questions.

1. Currently, my company is for-profit and I have my h1b visa through them( selected through a lottery system)  but now my company is becoming a non-profit organization. So if my company files a new petition into non-profit h1b will be able to switch back to other Profit companies in the future? 
2. Also, my current company initiated my green card processing does it have any impact on my process as it's becoming a non-profit organization?

Once you have been counted in the lottery you can freely switch between for-profit and non-profit organizations.
