Hello,

 

I'm currently in H1B. My Spouse is in India with H1B stamped who has never travelled to USA. Her company doesn't have a project available at this point of time and she is thinking of coming on a vacation in H4 visa. 

1. Will the existing H1B get revoked if she gets a H4 visa? 

2. Can we use the existing H1B visa to leave the country and comeback on H1B when her company has a project available?
