ravindra692 Posted May 12, 2023 Report Share Posted May 12, 2023 Hello Friends I used to live in Massachusetts and moved to New Hampshire 3 months ago. While I was driving in New Hampshire, I got pulled over by a cop and got a ticket for driving with expired license. I paid the ticket fine very next day and also got the temporary license in New Hampshire as well. However, when I called New Hampshire DMV to check why I did not get my license yet, they said Massachusetts RMV has put a suspension on me. When I called Massachusetts RMV they said there is a 60 day suspension on my license and after I pay the reinstatement fee, it will be resolved, and I can get my license in New Hampshire. My question here is does this affect my H1B or GC process? Quote Link to comment
