Hi,
I have a consular approved H1(i797B)  which is valid from 10/2022 to 9/2025.
I haven't gone for stamping yet, as I am on stem opt currently which ends in May 2024
Question: I got a new offer from a company, now Can I change my employer and transfer the consular H1 and then go for stamping?
