Perm filed in April 2022 Received Perm audit in Jan 2023 Perm denial in May 2023 - Perm audit response filed by Lawyer has the document with wrong address on it. Request for reconsideration filed with CO. H-1B extension filed in April 2023 based on Perm filling date more than year and still under processing. Have medical emergency and can't travel till next 6 month. Please suggest what option I have now ? How long does it take to get the decision on reconsideration request? Will my extension application be void or I can still get the extension of 1 yr ? Quote Link to comment
