Arumugam Muniappan Posted May 6, 2023 Report Share Posted May 6, 2023 Hi, This is my H1B visa scenario currently and I am planning to go to India by this June 2023 for 3 weeks to finish some important formalities and come back. Now my immigration team is asking me to go for stamping if i go to India by this June. Is it really needed to go for stamping in june itself if my visa stamping is there till oct 2023? They are telling that my visa is expiring in oct 2023 and my petition is valid till 2026, so traveling back to US with the existing visa is risky and there is a chance that my I94 will get issued till my visa expiry date. H1B Visa stamping validity : Oct 2023 I94 admit until date : Dec 2024 I797 validity till : Mar 2026 Even If I94 gets issues till my Visa expiry date, Is that an issue? Anybody faced such scenario?
