DS160 Have you ever refused A US visa - H4 Dependent

Hi,

My husband and I went to Hyderabad consulate in 2011. My husband applied for L1 visa and I have applied for L2 dependent visa. He got 221g visa refusal with below reason.

Now we are filling a new DS.160 for visa appointment for H1 and H4 visas. He has selected Yes for the question "Have you ever refused A US visa" and provided the below information in his DS.160. What should I select in my DS.160 as I am applying for H4 visa. Do I need to select as Yes as well? Kindly provide your input.

(221G) WAS ISSUED in 2011 ON L1 BLANKET VISA APPLICATION SAYING "YOUR BLANKET L1 APPLICATION IS NOT CLEARLY APPROVABLE UNDER SECTION 8".
