usnoresalien
Hi I work for a Client Y of my company X. Y has offered me a position in his company but my company X recently changed my offer letter to include a clause that I cannot work for the clients of X for 1 year directly or indirectly after leaving X. That offer letter has apparently been signed by me because the change came before Y offered me a position. Is there a workaround for this one year clause. Link to comment
howdy_howdy
In some STates, non-compete are not valid; some companies don't bother wasting time & money to pursue contract breakers. Not sure about your employer. And there is no workaround for these non-competes. Good luck howdy_howdy // Link to comment
