H1B 6 year limit after I140 approval through a non-profit company. Eligibility to switch back to for-profit post 6 years?

I worked for a for-profit company on my initial H1B (through lottery already) for 4 years and currently planning to move to a non-profit company H1B currently and if I have I-140 approved through non-profit company, will there be 6year H1B limit if I switch back to for-profit after 2 years from now? Please advise

Once you have been counted in the quota you can freely switch between for-profit and non-profit organizations.
