pritampotnis Posted May 1, 2023 Report Posted May 1, 2023 Hi, My wife filed an I-130 for her mom and it was approved last year. For AOS, consular processing in India is chosen. She is right now in Dubai (she has a residency visa there) and wants to visit us in the US for the summer. Plan is for her to come here in the warmer months and she plans to go back late Sept. Can she come here using her tourist visa and go back and then apply for AOS in India? We want to make sure she does not face any issues at port of entry. Please let me know. Quote
