archer123 Posted May 1, 2023 Report Posted May 1, 2023 Hello, I am applying for a green card for my mom. She has a visa and her visa application says she is homemaker. A immigration agent in India filled the visa form and put in that she was a home maker. She was retired almost 18 years ago may be that is why he did that. However, she was a doctor in her before retirement career. The green card asks details questions about education levels and all work before retirement. I will put in all details about her education and job in the Greencard application for her. Will the difference in visa app and GC app show up as a red flag in the GC process? How can I handle this situation. Quote
