This week, Murthy Law Firm attorneys will answer questions regarding the H1B cap-gap.

If you have a general question, but do not wish to post it in the forum, you may reach a representative at the Murthy Law Firm via eMail. Please allow 3-to-5 business days for a response. Or, if you have case specific questions, please schedule a consultation with a Murthy Law Firm attorney.

Rules for Topic of the Week Threads:

1. Attorney's postings contain general information only and are not a substitute for case-specific legal advice.
2. The attorney will answer only those questions which relate to the main subject. If you have a question on some other issue, please start a new thread in the appropriate forum section.
3. The attorney will not necessarily answer every question posted and may provide a single answer to a group of similar questions.
4. Please do not provide information which would identify any specific company, university or individual.

Prev Visa History:
1.    Previous L1B Max out date:  15-Sep-2022  ( 28 MAY 2017 to 15- Sep -2022) – 5 years stay.
2.    Left USA - 15-Sep-2022
3.    I140 petition is in progress.
4.    Currently in Canada on open work permit

My current employer applied for H1B CAP application  and along with that I got applied in 2 other different consultancies.
My H1B is picked only from Consultant A. Should I proceed with H1B petition?  Will there be any consequences of revocation or RFE later on?
With the latest news going on about H1B visa fraud applications, is my application a fraudulent case?
Is there any way USCIS flag my application?
Please provide best possible advise.

The fraud cases are typically involving the same end client (job offers), rather than more than one legitimate job offer from different employers. You will need to check the details of those petitions.
