smani01 Posted April 21 Report Share Posted April 21 My spouse is presently in H4EAD status. Their EAD extension application is pending although the H4 application is approved. They also had their H1B application selected this year and the paperwork is underway for subsequent steps. Assuming the H1B comes through, if at a later date, they want to switch from H1B to H4EAD, could it be done easily if the H4 and EAD have not expired at that time. Thank you for your guidance.
