Recently while renewing her passport we updated her name (In old passport she had only given name and no surname. Now in new passport her same name is split into given name and surname). Now what would happen if she goes for visa stamping? Is there any way we can update the approved I-797 ? If not, will there be a problem or query during her visa interview? Quote Link to comment
