Company B acquired Company A as a "Successor In Interest" and I got I-140 from Company B (same priority date as Company A I-140) "last month". Now I got offer from Company C and I have the following questions: 1. Can Company C apply H-1B for me even if 180 days haven't passed since second I-140 ? In other words, can I use the original 2019 I-140 to apply for H-1B going forward ? 2. Is my priority date still retained if I join Company C ? Quote Link to comment
