Considering current slowdown condition, current employer said they will not support my case. So i have few questions on that: - As I never travelled to US on H1B. So will get expired as per petition expiry date - Does my case eligiable for H1b transfer from being at offshore or not Quote Link to comment
Attorney_20 Posted August 23, 2023 Report Share Posted August 23, 2023 If you got the H1B visa stamp based on the cap subject H1B petition but never used it, you can qualify for an H1B transfer without having to go through the lottery process again. Quote Link to comment
