Bring a newborn child to the U.S (Mother Status AP & EAD, Father Status LPR)

Hello,

 

I am Father, status LPR (I have recently arrived back in the USA after visiting India.)

My Wife(Mother), status AP and EAD (Currently in India)

 

1. we have recently welcomed a newborn son in India, I'm exploring my options for bringing my son to the USA, but most forums discuss scenarios where the mother has LPR status, whereas in my case she has AP and Employment Authorization Document (EAD) status. In this scenario pls let me know my options and the processes.

2. Additionally, in the section "Section 211.1(b)(1):", it states "first return of the parent to the United States after the birth of the child," but  I will be returning for the second time.

3. What documents do I need to present to the Indian immigration officer when departing from India for my child's admission to the USA?

4. What documentation do I need to present to the immigration officer upon arrival at the port of entry in the United States?

I would greatly appreciate your guidance in this situation.
