SMAR89 Posted April 14 Report Share Posted April 14 I filled an i130 for my mother last year through consular processing, it is still pending but my mother is visiting me on b1/b2 visa, can i file i485 AOS here for my mother, if yes then how long do i have to wait before filing i485.
