DeepaVenk Posted April 12 Report Share Posted April 12 I have been on H1B since 2013 and back in 2020 i got H4 under my husband’s H1B (he’s currently extended to mar-2025). My last H1B stamp ended in Nov-2017. I’m traveling to India and got my appointment booked and the Dropbox eligibility for my new H4 shows I am eligible but my friends tell me that since I don’t have previous H4 stamping, I have to appear for in person interview. Do I have to have an old H4 to get Dropbox eligibility for H4 stamping or do you think my case is still valid? Quote Link to comment
