Can i apply H-4 extension alone(i-539) before 180 days of expiry.My spouse i-797 is already approved till Dec 2024. Where as my i-94 and EAD expires in april 2024. Can i apply just my h-4 extension alone so that i will have my i-94 expires and i will be eligible for automatic ead extension when i submit my EAD
