PARALLEL FILING OF NEW H1 AND CURRENT H4 EXTENSION

Hi! 
I have a query, H1 & H4 extension has been applied by my spouse’s employer and it’s in progress with USCIS. I also have an employer sponsor H1B for me. There would be concurrent application of my H4 extension and my h4 to H1B application. Will this affect any of the status?
