GC Processing Time - Entered Country Through SB1

My wife and I entered USA in October 2022 with an Immigrant Visa under SB1 Category.

As per the the USCIS website (https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/expect-green-card), "if you entered the U.S. using your immigrant visa and you paid the immigrant visa fee BEFORE you entered then it may take up to 90 days from the date you entered to receive your permanent resident card." We fall in this criteria.

It has been over 90 days and we still have not received any Receipt Notice, nor have we received our green cards.  Without the "Receipt Number", we cannot make an online inquiry or track our case status online, nor can we get through the USCIS customer support via phone. 

Any idea what is the GC wait time for a such case? Any suggestions or guidance on what our options our would be greatly appreciated.
