We filed for I-485 (under EB2-India with priority date: Nov 2006) in July 2011 and got the finger printing done. So can the USCIS request for a VISA number now? Will our applications get approved even if the dates retrogress during October 2011? Please help!!! Thanks a lot! Link to comment
