Hi,

i recently moved to USA on H1B visa valid till end of 2023 & due for extension.

My wife is in india and we are recently got married. She hold B1/B2 visa (tourist) valid till 2030, can we visit me for couple of months without getting H4 visa or should i get her H4 visa to travel?

will there be any questions by CBP officers during her immigration which we should be aware of?
