Tanumoy Posted March 29, 2023 Report Share Posted March 29, 2023 Hi Team My H1B with i140 approved is valid till Nov 2023. My spouse is on H4 and working on H4 EAD. She did a HIB to H4 COS in US only last year after her max out. We have our dropbox appointment scheduled on May 2023 in India for both of us. I have 2 questions : 1. While I have less than 6 months while I will do my visa stamping and returning to US, will I have any issue ? 2. Also my spouse did a H1B to H4 COS, and I took a combined drobox appointment for myself and her, will that be any issue for her eligibility ? Quote Link to comment
