My only concern is What if X company layoff or rescind my offer before Oct 1st after my H1 being approved ? On OCT 1st in what status I will be in either H1B unemployed status(60 days) or F1-OPT EAD Status(H1 deny) Can you please answer this question? Thank you. Quote Link to comment
